We work together through a tailored blend of gentle conversation, somatic practices, subconscious exploration, and nervous system support. Throughout the process you will begin to reconnect with your voice, your body, and your power. This is about slowly coming home to yourself—safely, intentionally, and in a way that works for you.
For decades, I was deep in the London corporate world, chasing success and trying to prove my worth. But life had other plans. After many years of global travel, hundreds of hours of therapy training, 500 hours of yoga training, becoming pregnant and free birthing my daughter in India, I now live exactly as I please, travelling and choosing the life that I created intentionally every single day. I’m sipping on a coconut as I type this, The results I offer aren’t theory. They are lived and integrated. I’m modelling what I teach, and I walk beside you as someone who knows what it means to rewrite the rules—and live by your own.

What to expect
Every session is a space for you to be met as you are—without fixing, rushing, or judgment. Our work together blends supportive conversation with body-based tools and subconscious practices to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and recognise where you tend to go off track so you can get firmly on the right path to relief.
Depending on what you need, we may explore:
Somatic tools like tapping, shaking, or gentle movement to help you process emotion and feel safer in your body
Subconscious patterning to uncover how you learned to shrink, stay small, or silence yourself—and how to shift that gently
Visualisation and guided inner journeys to reconnect with the wiser part of you that’s always known what you need
Mindfulness and presence practices to help you feel grounded and clear in everyday life
Shadow Work & Inner Child integration to lovingly tend to the parts of you that didn’t feel safe to be seen or heard
Nervous system support to understand and soften your stress responses—so you can respond to life, not just react

Payment
I work with clients from all walks of life, and I’m mindful that financial access can be a barrier. To help bridge that gap, I’ve recently adjusted my fee structure to offer more flexibility.
£100 sessions are for those who can comfortably pay—and each one helps fund a ‘pay it forward’ session for someone on my waitlist.
£50 is now my standard 1-hour rate.
£40 is available for early birds who book the 7am (UK) slot.
I’m delighted this structure allows me to keep the work accessible, while continuing to offer meaningful support
Cancellations
As a mother of a 3-year-old living on an island where tropical monsoons are a regular part of life, I’ve learned how to stay flexible—and I bring that same understanding to my work.
I get that life happens.
There’s no fee for cancellations made 24 hours in advance, and rescheduling is always welcome—I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
If you need to cancel on the day, the first time is absolutely fine (I’ll likely roll out my yoga mat!). A second same-day cancellation is usually charged at 50%, but I handle this with care and discretion.

£100 per session (includes a pay it forward sesson for someone who needs it) and also a tailored voice recording after the session ( ie a guided meditation to reinforce changes between sessions)

£50 standard rate ( the same as the top tier but for those who don’t have the means to pay a session forward. I get it!)

£240 -3 sessions booked in advance plus 3 pay it forward sessions for those who really need it
