The mind and body operate as one system. Thoughts spark emotions, emotions create sensations, and those sensations loop back into thought. Lasting change has to include all of it — not just the mind, not just the body.

From birth, we’re conditioned with rules about being “good,” useful, accommodating. Those messages become the mud we push through — not just in the mind, but in the body and nervous system too.

This is why I work integratively. I draw on Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP, yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, energy practices, and intuition to meet you at every level of consciousness. No two clients are the same, so no two sessions are the same.

Together, we explore subconscious patterns, regulate the nervous system, and use somatic tools to untangle conditioning — creating space for new responses that feel authentic, sustainable, and yours.
